All invoices for the cage supplies has to be paid for no later than 11/20 to ensure that all the items will arrive in time for the holiday/pick up date.

You understand that you will choose your hedgehog in the order your deposit is received. You will receive a message when its your turn to choose your baby, around December 1st. We will be posting updates in the Secret Group where we will be posting all the photos of the available babies. You will receive the URL of this group after deposit is received.

All Pick ups are by appointment only. Valid Photo ID is required. If you would like to have someone else pick up your hedgehog, we do require the owner to come by prior to pick up, fill out the paper work and sign a paper for an alternative person to pick up. No exceptions.

If you are not ordering your cage set though us, please provide what you will be using. Photos of the cage set up has to be received no later than 1 week before pick up. This will ensure you have enough time to fix anything if needed.
